Main St, Bellingham, MA 02019. If your order is urgent please call the customer service number to make sure we have your item in stock. Orders will be by credit card only.
Processing Time When we receive your order we will check stock and ship stock as soon as possible. Since we are not a 24 X 7 store we will do out best to get your product out the door within 48 hours. If for any reason we can not ship within 2 days we will notify you via email. Please be sure to register so we can contact you if necessary.
If you choose to order from our site and pick up at the store instead of having us ship to you, select store pickup at checkout. Please wait for us to contact you to make sure your product is ready to be picked up. Be sure to leave us your phone number when you check out. If you need anything right away please call us at 508-883-1555 so we can check our stock for you.
Payment In order to place an order with us online please set up your PayPal account and use PayPal Checkout. If you do not want to use PayPal Checkout and you wish to order by credit card, you can fax, mail or call in your order. Please have your credit card information when you call or add your credit card information when faxing or mailing an order. Orders paid by check, money order, or C.O.D. will not be accepted at this time.
Group Orders We do offer group discounts. If you are interested and plan to order multiple items for a dance group please call us for more information. We will set up a Studio Corner section on the site as soon as we can. In the meantime we will be glad to help you when you call us.
Price Policy Prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. In the event of price changes by our manufacturers we may need to adjust our prices. We make every effort to make sure our pricing is accurate. If a mistake is made we reserve the right to contact you about pricing prior to processing the order at the higher price or cancel the order.
Return Policy Returns can be made within 7 days of shipment for full refund, and 30 days of shipment for exhange, no exceptions. Call us for an RA number. There is a 15% restocking fee for all products unless proven defective. Product must be in unused, unopened, and in resale condition. Special orders can not be returned or refunded. Tights and undergarments can not be returned or refunded. Items on sale can not be returned or refunded. Shipping charges are not refundable and we will not pay to ship the product back unless the product is proven defective. Defective products must be shipped to From The Top and will be reviewed before any refunds are processed. You will need an RA number. Full shipping charges will be charged on all international orders returned or exchanged.
Returns Ship all returns with your RA number to From The Top Dancewear, Gifts and More, 72 S Main St, Bellingham, MA 02019. Please allow at least 2 weeks for processing.
Prior to returning an item call Customer Service at 508-883-1555 to be assigned a Return Authorization (RA) numberItems must be sent postage paidItems must be in new condition, not opened, resalable condition in the original packaging and must have all tags attached.Sale items, undergarments, tights, books, make-up, and Webkinz, can not be returned or exchanged.Please include any instructions to let us know what you would like us to do with your returnWe are not responsible for lost or stolen return packagesA 15% restocking fee will be charged for any items returned unless proven defectiveBack Orders We will try to ship orders complete but in some cases, if a product is out of stock, we will ship out all in stock items. Once the backordered item is in we will ship it out with no charge for shipping. International backorder items will be charged shipping. Any backorders older than 90 days will be cancelled. If you would like your order shipped complete only please let us know when you place your order.
